By creating an account or using Digital Monster Ver Web, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Fan-project status

Digital Monster Ver Web is an independent, unofficial fan project. It is not sponsored, authorized or endorsed by Bandai, Toei Animation or the owners of the Digimon and Digital Monster properties. All third-party names, artwork and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate registration information, meet the minimum digital-consent age in your jurisdiction and protect your credentials. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. Contact the project promptly if you believe an account has been compromised.

Acceptable use

Do not exploit bugs, automate gameplay in a way that harms the service, bypass access controls, interfere with other players, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malicious content, impersonate others or use the service unlawfully. Security research must not access other players’ data or disrupt production.

Game state and virtual items

Partners, progression, coins, tickets, rewards and other virtual items are service features, have no cash value and are not property or legal tender. They may not be sold or transferred outside features explicitly provided by the game. Erroneous, duplicated or fraudulently obtained items may be corrected.

Advertising and optional rewards

The service may display advertising. A rewarded ad, when offered, is optional and states the associated in-game benefit before playback. Availability depends on eligibility and ad inventory; no specific ad or reward opportunity is guaranteed. Normal account access must not depend on clicking an advertisement.

Purchases and refunds

Optional purchases are processed by Stripe and are linked to the account used at checkout. Prices and included benefits are shown before payment. Refund eligibility, request instructions and the effects of a refund are described in the Refund Policy. Nothing in that policy limits consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

Custom and community content

If you submit or enable custom roster content, you confirm that you have permission to provide it and that it does not contain unlawful, malicious or privacy-invasive material. The project may disable content that is technically unsafe, violates these terms or creates a credible rights complaint.

Availability and changes

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. Features, balance, rosters and compatibility can change as the project evolves. Maintenance, failures, security incidents or legal requirements may temporarily limit access. Reasonable effort is made to preserve account state, but uninterrupted service and permanent availability are not guaranteed.

Enforcement and termination

Access may be limited or terminated for serious or repeated violations, security risks, fraud or legal requirements. A player may request account deletion through the contact method below, subject to verification and records that must be retained by law.

Liability and contact

To the extent permitted by law, the project is not liable for indirect losses arising from unavailable service, browser or network failures, third-party services or unauthorized account use. Nothing in these terms removes consumer rights that cannot legally be waived. Questions may be sent to admin@digitallink.games.
